The Luxembourg financial centre ranked 13th in 2013 (Global Financial Centres Index/ September 2013.) Luxembourg for Finance (LFF), set up in 2008, is the agency entrusted with the development and promotion of the Luxembourg financial center. It is the result of a public-private partnership between the Luxembourg Government and the federation of the financial sector, Luxembourg ( PROFILE.)

CFCA signed a memorandum of understanding with LFF in April 2012. The agreement is meant to cooperate for the development of the Moroccan and Luxembourgian financial centers. This cooperation focuses on four strategic areas:
1- Exchange of information on financial services;
2- Sharing of experience between institutional bodies governing the financial sector in the specific areas of investment funds and private banking;
3- The area of training;
4- The organization of seminars and conferences on the key issues related to financial centers development.
