Unsere Gewinner Miriam und Manuel berichten über ihren Trip nach Dakhla (Headline)

Die Geschwister Miriam (30) und Manuel Tymiec aus München in Deutschland zählten zu den glücklichen Gewinnern unseres Gewinnspiels bei dem es eine Reise nach Dakhla inkl. Flügen, Unterkunft, Surf- oder Kitestunden sowie den Besuch der Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour Dakhla 2017 zu gewinnen gab. Im Zeitraum vom 17.07. – 24.07.2017 werden sie das Wassersportparadies Dakhla erkunden und die beiden Partnerresorts Hotel Westpoint und Dakhla Attitude kennenlernen. Hier erfahrt ihr was sie bei ihrem Trip so alles erleben und wie ihre Eindrücke vor Ort sind.

Anreise:

Los ging der Traumtrip vom Flughafen Frankfurt. Nach einer rund 7-stündigen Reise über Casablanca landeten die beiden glücklich und natürlich auch müde in Dakhla.

Mit dem Flieger von Royal Air Maroc ging es von Frankfurt über Casablanca nach Dakhla

Tag 1:

Nachdem die beiden vom Meeresrauschen in ihrem Eco-Bungalow am nächsten Tag aufgeweckt wurden machten sie sich erst einmal an das leckere marrokanische Frühstücksbuffet im Hauptrestaurant des Hotel Westpoint.

Im Anschluss ging es gleich weiter das gesamte Resort zu erkunden. Die 40 umweltfreundlich gebauten Bungalows befinden sich direkt am Meer und bieten direkte Aussicht auf den Surfspot Foum Lambouir. Besser kann man gar nicht aufwachen…

Natürlich konnten die beiden auch schon den Teilnehmern der Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour beim Trainieren zusehen und machten sich auch gleich im Anschluss voll motiviert auf um selber kiten zu gehen…

Glücklich und zufrieden ging es für die beiden nach der 1. Kitesurf-Session dann wieder in ihren gemütlichen Bungalow in dem sie sich ausruhen konnten, bevor es dann zur Eröffnungsfeier der Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour Dakhla 2017 ging. Ein rundum gelungener 1. Tag liegt hinter den beiden und sie sind schon gespannt was sie in den nächsten Tagen noch so alles erwartet….bleibt also dran!

Auf nach Dakhla!

Wir freuen uns den Sieger unseres Gewinnspiels bekannt geben zu dürfen! Our winners Miriam and Manuel tell about their trip to Dakhla

The siblings Miriam (30) and Manuel from Munich in Germany have been the lucky winners of our contest where they won a trip for 2 to Dakhla incl. flighths, accommodation, surfing or kitesurfing lessons as well as the visit of the Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour Dakhla 2017. In the period from the 17th of July until the 24th of July they will get to know the watersports paradise Dakhla and also the both host resorts Hotel Westpoint and Dakhla Attitude. Here we will report whatthey experience during their trip and what their impressions are.

Day 4

Day 3

Day 3 started for Miriam and Manuel with a nice breakfast in front of the pool of Hotel Westpoint. Really relaxing to enjoy the nice breeze of the ocean only some meters far away from you….

Of course afterwards the pool also had to be tested by Miriam and Manuel themselves. Surrounded by very cosy sunloungers you can chill there the whole day long if you want….

Next stop Dakhla Attitude fort he next kitesurfing session!

The Dragon Camp is directly build into a dune which looks very impressive!

Miriam and Manuel always found their way because many signs will helped them to find everything…

And again, super nice conditions for enjoing a great kitesurfing day! No wonder that Miriam and Manuel first returned after some hours on the water…..

Day 2

After an exciting day 1 incl. the Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour Dakhla 2017 Opening Ceremony day 2 was waiting to come…

After watching some of the competitions of the GKA, it was time to go kiting for Miriam and Manuel themselves. They took the shuttle service that is offered from Hotel Westpoint to the sister hotel Dakhla Attitude which is directly situated at the lagoon.

In between they had time to meet Heather which gives yoga classes at both resorts. Of course Miriam and Manuel also tried a unity afterwards.

At the watersports center of Dakhla Attitude both prepared themselves to enjoy a good kitesurfing session. Manuel and Miriam brought their own equipment, so it`s no probelm to store it at the watersports center and for guests who don`t have their own equipment it`s possible to rent the newest equipment that is on the market.

No words needed…

Next to the watersportscenter there is the super nice and cosy beach bar where Miriam and  Manuel enjoyed very nice refreshments after their kitesurfing session. Here are offered smoothis, softdrinks, alcoholic drinks, little snacks… everything to get fit again for a second 2. kitesurfing session ?

In the evening it was time to drive home to Hotel Westpoint which is ca. 20 minutes far away from Dakhla Attitude. Time for a nice moroccan dinner….

The beauty of the nature and the whole experience makes tired…so let`s go to bed to see what day 3 will offer us ?

Arrival:

The dream trip started in Frankfurt (Germany). After a ca. 7 hours trip via Casablanca both arrived happy and of course also tired at Dakhla.

Day 1:

At the next day Miriam and Manuel woke up in their eco-friendly bungalow on cause of the swoosh of the sea. Afterwards they enjoyed a delicious moroccan breakfast at the main restaurant of Hotel Westpoint.

Afterwards Miriam and Manuel explored the whole resort. The 40 eco-friendly build bungalows are directly next to the sea and offer a direct view to the famous surf spot Foum Lambouir. You can`t wake up in a better way….

Of course both were also able to watch the riders of the Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour during their training. Completely motivated they went kitesurfing as well afterwards.

Happy and satisfied our winners returned to their cosy bungalow after their first kitesurfing session, where they were able to chill a little bit before the official opening ceremony of the Prince Moulay El Hassan GKA Kite-Surf World Tour Dakhla 2017 startet. An all around successful first day ended and they are already excited what awaits them in the next days….stay tuned!

We are happy to announce the winner of our contest! Miriam Tymiec (30) from Munich (Germany) is the happy winner of an awesome trip to Dakhla from the 17th until the 23rd of July. She will be part of the GKA Wave & Strapless Freestyle Worldcup and will enjoy free arrival and departure by plane as well as free accommodation incl. fullboard and kitesurfing or surfing lessons. As additional highlight she will watch the competitions of the GKA and meet the pro riders of the event. The whole team of Dakhla Attitude and Hotel Westpoint congratulates Miriam and is really looking forward to meet her soon!
